FAQ

What are the hotel check-in and check-out times?

All Hotels Check-in time is 14:00 hrs, and check-out time is 11:00 hrs.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and the hotel’s discretion.

Is the quality of all the hotels on the itinerary the same?

The different hotels are combined in a way that allows the guests to receive the same level of services, amenities, and hospitality wherever they travel.

How will transportation be arranged?

The vehicle will be changed based on local vehicle regulations as well as road or weather conditions. We provide exclusive tourist vehicles that are customized and maintained with the needs and comfort of travelers in mind. Due to unwritten local rules, it is not possible to provide a single vehicle for the entire trip in some places. As a result, all transfers and sightseeing will be done on a point-to-point basis, and in most cases, the vehicle will be replaced with a similar one. The inconvenience would be regretted.

Do the cars have air conditioning?

The air conditioning system will only operate when traveling on plain land and will not operate when traveling in the hills.

Can Bhutan provide tourists with world-class hospitality?

The guests should not expect the facilities, amenities, and luxuries typically available in the metro areas or any other developed tourist destinations, because the tourism infrastructure in Bhutan’s Hills region is not highly advanced.

What takes place if a location is closed because of landside?

In the event of a landslide or for any other reason, if any location is closed, we will offer alternate sightseeing in the neighborhood.

Do all tours have guides?

The guests will be accompanied by an English or local language-speaking driver cum guide. Upon arrival at the land port and airport, all guests will be greeted and welcomed by our trained, equipped, and professional representative who will brief them on the tour and stay in touch with them until the tour concludes. We also have a local representative in most of the destinations who will meet you and assist you throughout the tour. In this manner, the guests will never leave feeling alone in an unknown location.

Do I need to take the assistance of a tour operator to travel to Bhutan?

The tourism sector of Bhutan is closely monitored by the government. All foreign tourists must book their tour through a tour operator with a few exceptions for nationals of Bangladesh, India, and Maldives. Your visa will be given to your operator on full payment of the trip package cost. In a nutshell, you cannot travel to Bhutan independently and you must book your holiday with a registered tour operator.
