95% of the total bill for cancellations made 48 hours before the trip
100% of the total bill for cancellations made 24 hours before the trip
No refund is possible if the trip is canceled due to a natural disaster (such as a landslide, flood, cyclone, etc.), or adverse political situation at the last moment
